Risk Disclaimer

Important information about the risks of trading and the limits of Klymb’s content.

Last updated 28 October 2026

Draft for review — this document has not yet been approved by Klymb’s legal counsel. Bracketed items are placeholders.

1. Not financial advice

All content on Klymb — including signals, strategies, forecasts, prediction-market probabilities, community posts and Klymb AI responses — is general information and education only. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Klymb is not currently an authorised financial services provider under FAIS. [Update this section if and when an FSP licence is obtained, including the FSP number.]

2. Trading is risky

  • You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Leveraged products such as CFDs and futures can lose more than your initial deposit.
  • Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and largely unregulated. Crypto assets are declared financial products in South Africa; check that any provider you use is FSCA-licensed.
  • Prediction markets may be restricted or unlawful in your jurisdiction. Check local law before participating.
  • Past performance, back-tests and “signal accuracy” statistics do not guarantee future results.

3. AI-generated content

Klymb AI and AI forecasts are produced by automated models that can make mistakes, invent facts or rely on outdated information. Treat them as a starting point for your own research, never as a basis for a trade on their own.

4. Data accuracy

Market data may be delayed or illustrative. Items labelled “Demo” are not live prices. Always confirm prices with your broker before trading.

5. Community content

Community posts reflect the views of individual members, who may hold positions in the assets they discuss. Klymb does not endorse or verify them.

6. Get independent advice

Consider speaking to an authorised financial adviser before making investment decisions. You can verify a provider’s licence on the FSCA website (fsca.co.za).
